About the CIO-SP3 SB and SDVOSB Contracts

Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3)

The CIO-SP3 Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services to include health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. General IT services are also included due to the increasing integration of medical systems with broader IT architectures.

With a lifetime ceiling of $20 Billion dollars each for the Small Business (SB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) tracks, Government agencies can compete and award task orders under this contract to acquire IT services. Task order pricing arrangements can vary from Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus (Award Fee, Incentive Fee, Fixed Fee) and Time-and-Materials.

Payment Terms: Prompt payment discounts are not offered at the contract level however will be considered on a Task Order basis. Evoke Research and Consulting LLC is committed to paying our partners on a timely basis and in accordance with all negotiated terms.

The CIO-SP3 contract provides a number of task areas under which services may be acquired. Team Evoke can deliver services in the following areas. (The examples provided under each Task Area are not exhaustive, and other IT services may be associated with a task area when defined in the respective task order statement of work.) 

IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences, and Healthcare

Under this Task, Team Evoke can support Biomedical Research, Health Sciences and Healthcare by performing studies and analysis. We can also provide operational, technical, and maintenance services for the systems, subsystems, and equipment, some of which interface with, and are extensions to, information systems throughout the federal government. Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support
